  • Communications: messages sent via forms, email, or phone

  • Media we create: before‑and‑after photos for quality records

We do not sell or rent your data. We share limited data with trusted providers essential to operate our business and deliver services to you, for example:

  • Website platform and booking: Wix

  • Payment processing: Wix Payments and its underlying processors

  • Analytics (if enabled): Google Analytics

  • Email and cloud storage providers for business records

  • Client and invoice records: 7 years after service completion (legal and tax)

  • Photos and service notes: up to 3 years for quality records unless you request deletion where applicable

After these periods we delete or anonymise data.

10. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, contact us; we aim to respond within one month. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Our services are not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
